Other Info
| Akasaka openwork tsuba, with its sophisticated design and well-forged iron, is different from the delicate and elegant Kyo openwork tsuba and the heavy and bold Owari openwork tsuba. This tsuba is a chrysanthemum design tsuba with the inner edge as chrysanthemum flower and branches and leaves expressed with relief engraving openwork. It shows Akasaka's refined sense. It is mumei, but has been attributed to the Akasaka school and passed the Hozon shinsa in 2018. |
